Tennessee Soccer Club Names Jason Mazuk as Director of Player Development – TSC Nashville
FRANKLIN, TN – Tennessee Soccer Club announces the appointment of Jason Mazuk as Director of Player Development – TSC Nashville. In this role, Mazuk will lead player development initiatives across TSC Nashville programs, supporting coaches and directors, and helping guide players along a clear, long-term pathway.
Mazuk brings a strong background in player development, coaching education, and program leadership. He has built a reputation for creating environments that prioritize both individual growth and team success, with a focus on technical development, game understanding, and a positive player experience.
“We are excited to welcome Jason back to TSC,” said Stuart Brown, Executive Director. “His passion for developing players will continue to strengthen our commitment to providing a high-level, player-centered environment in our TSC Nashville location.”
Mazuk returns to TSC after serving as Director of Soccer at Music City Football Club. Prior to his leadership role at MCFC, Jason coached at TSC and was the Girls Academy Director at Nashville FC Youth, which merged with TSC in 2019. Mazuk holds a USSF “B” License and played collegiately at the University of Massachusetts and Cumberland University.

As Director of Player Development – TSC Nashville, Mazuk will work closely with TSC’s director staff to implement the club’s development model. Mazuk joins TSC Nashville Director Coy Boazman and Assistant Director Mikey Alley in helping continue the growth of TSC Nashville’s recreational and competitive programs.
“Bringing Jason back to TSC now in a director role allows us to enhance the technical development aspect for our players as that is where he excels as a coach and leader,” said Director of Soccer Stephen Jordan. “With Coy, Mikey, and now Jason, our TSC Nashville staff is stronger than ever and will continue its positive trajectory.”
TSC serves players and families across Middle Tennessee with a commitment to developing excellence on and off the field.
Tennessee Soccer Club (TSC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Williamson County and the surrounding Greater Nashville area. TSC’s Mission is “to promote a love for soccer by developing excellence in the game for our players and coaches to positively impact our member families and communities.”
Since 2012, TSC has been the premier youth soccer club in the state of Tennessee and currently serves over 3,500 players participating in recreational, competitive and/or supplemental soccer programs across four locations: TSC Murfreesboro, TSC Nashville, TSC Sumner and TSC Williamson. TSC teams compete locally, regionally, and nationally in leagues such as the Tennessee Youth Soccer League, USYS National League and Mid South Conference, and the Elite Clubs National League. TSC also fields two U23 pre-professional teams competing in USL W League (women’s) and USL League Two (men’s). TSC has won multiple state and national championships in recent years through competition in these leagues.
