Goalkeeping Program

Position specific training for ECNL, ECNL RL, and Competitive GKs (U12-U19)

2 Nights per week (when possible)

Introduction w/age-appropriate, foundational focus for All Academy Players (U9-U11)

1 session per week based on location

Goalkeeping Program Curriculum & Methodology

Functional Training Environment

GKs are involved from start to finish, serve one each other, and create realistic scenarios
Transition in each activity, i.e. save then distribute, or distribute then save.

Cycle-based Training

2 Week Cycles based on Technical/Tactical Focuses
Maximize repetition and increase learning

Feedback via written evaluations and player meetings
