TSC Williamson U12-U19 Competitive Program is designed to provide an environment for players and teams to progress through their player development pathway and compete at the highest level within Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA).

U12-U14 OVERVIEW
Overview

Player Pathway:ย Phase of player pathway transitioning from Academy to competitive teams

Player Selection: Players are evaluated through tryouts and annual performance to be selected for teams at each level
- Advanced Player Development:ย Structured, periodized curriculum focused on the technical skills and tactical awareness, while introducing the physical fitness and mental aspects of game

Top Level Coaching: Licensed, experienced coaches with backgrounds at the youth, collegiate, and national levels

Player-Centered Culture:ย A more holistic approach to youth sports providing opportunities to grow beyond the soccer field through TSC Cares & TSC Empowers

Supplemental Training:ย Support offered in SAQ, Video Analysis & through evaluations during season

U12
- Top U12 teams participate at 11v11 if appropriate
- Majority U12 transition from 9v9 pools to 11v11 teams at appropriate time during the season
- U12 teams may participate in Pre-ECNL, SSCL and/or TSL (D1, D2, D3) based on level
U13-U14
- U13 & U14 teams train individually as team in designated training location
- Teams may participate in ECNL, ECNL RL, NPL, and/or Tennessee State Leagues (D1, D2 or D3) based on their level

- College Pathway Support:ย Guidance through the college process including showcase events, webinars, and support in outreach to programs
- Elite Competition: Compete in local (TSL), regional (Mid South RL, NPL, & ECNL RL), or national (ECNL) competition with additional showcase and events
- Player-Centered Culture:ย A more holistic approach to youth sports providing opportunities to grow beyond the soccer field through TSC Cares & TSC Empowers
Commitment
- U16-U19 Boys – 6-month (Aug. โ Jan.)
- U16-U19 Girls – 7-month (Nov. โ May)
- U15 Boys and Girls non-high school aged players – 10-month (Aug. โ May)
