FRANKLIN, TN – Tennessee Soccer Club (TSC) is proud to announce the appointment of Georgia Kelley as its new Director of Marketing and Sponsorships. Kelley will lead strategic marketing efforts, brand development, and sponsorship partnerships to elevate the club’s community presence and fuel continued organizational growth.
Kelley joins TSC from North Carolina FC Youth (NCFC Youth) one of the largest youth soccer clubs in the United States where she has served as a senior marketing leader since 2017.
“We are excited to welcome Georgia to the Tennessee Soccer Club family,” said Stuart Brown, Executive Director of TSC. “Georgia is a powerhouse in youth sports marketing. Her ability to scale programs, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver measurable ROI for sponsors is unmatched. Her leadership and vision will be critical as we position TSC as the premier destination for youth soccer development in Tennessee.”
During her tenure at NCFC Youth, Kelley managed a comprehensive annual marketing portfolio, driving measurable growth and national brand visibility as well as leading the marketing team to amplify the VisitRaleigh.com Showcase Series – one of the largest tournament series nationwide.
Georgia played an integral role in the club-wide rebrand from Capital Area Soccer League to North Carolina FC Youth in 2017, which reshaped the organization’s national identity, spearheaded cross-promotional campaigns with NC Courage (NWSL) and North Carolina FC (USL Championship) and supported annual fundraising through event planning, sponsor activation, and content strategy. Her leadership contributed to sustained increases in player registrations, social media engagement, and follower growth over the last five years.
A graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Sport Management, Kelley has completed the U.S. Department of State’s ENVEST Program (Empowering New Voices through Education and Sport), Leadership Raleigh, and is an active member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events).
“I’m incredibly excited to join Tennessee Soccer Club,” said Kelley. “There is an authentic pride, momentum, and commitment to excellence here. I look forward to partnering with our staff, sponsors, families, and the broader community to strengthen TSC’s brand and expand the opportunities we deliver to players across Middle Tennessee.”
