National Program

The ECNL National Program is the highest level of soccer in the US for boys and girls ages U13-U19.  Designed for elite athletes, the program prepares them for college and professional soccer, demanding full commitment.

Overview
  • Premier Platform: One of the most elite platforms in the country for players pursuing the highest levels of play
  • Player Pathway:  Final competitive phase in TSC Player Development Pathway
  • Advanced Player Development:  Structured, periodized curriculum focused on the technical skills, tactical awareness, physical fitness, and mental aspects of the game
  • Top Level Coaching: Licensed, experienced coaches with backgrounds at the youth, collegiate, and national levels
  • College Pathway Support:  Guidance through the college process including showcase events, webinars, and support in outreach to programs
  • Elite Competition: Compete in regional (Ohio Valley Conference/Mid America Conference), or national (ECNL) competition with additional showcase and events
  • Supplemental Training: ECNL teams spend time focusing on speed, strength and agility training with partner D1
  • Video Analysis: ECNL games recorded for individual and team analysis
Commitment
  • U15-U19 Boys – 6-month (Aug. – Jan.)
  • U15-U19 Girls – 7-month (Nov. – May)
  • U13-U14 Boys and Girls – 10-month (Aug.May)
  • Post-season events in June/July
  • Training 3-4 times a week
  • Weekly games typical when in season
  • Two (2) to three (3) ECNL Showcase Events

The ECNL is the top competition in American youth soccer, with approximately 130 clubs in the ECNL Girls and 150 clubs in the ECNL Boys participating each year in the U13 – U18/19 age groups.

The ECNL Regional League is the second level of competition in American soccer, with approximately 300 clubs in the ECNL RL Girls and 400 clubs in the ECNL RL Boys participating each year in the U13 – U18/19 age groups.

The Pre-ECNL is a developmental competition for male and female players in the U12 and younger age groups.
