o Player rotation: All players should be encouraged to “rotate” positions including the goalkeeper. We want children to experience all positions and get a chance to develop all over the field.
o Player Sharing: If one team has a full team and another has players missing, please share players and give your children as much playing time as possible.
o Goal differential: Differentials of 3-4 goals, teams should start getting creative by limit touches, ten passes before shooting, shoot outside of the box only, moving players positions or playing a player or two down to challenge the winning team.
o Score lines (U4, U6, and U8): No results are being recorded, no league standings, or win/loss/tie records. Please don’t relate success of your team to how many games they win.
o Consistent experience: As a club we want every child to have the same opportunities and experience throughout their years in the program. Therefore, we follow the club policies and the structure provided from the club professionals to ensure this. Keeping our players having fun and growing the love of the game is paramount.

We do not play if lightning is within 10 miles of the complex or until we’ve had no lightning strikes within 30 minutes in that 10 mile radius. Soccer activity will also be canceled if fields are too wet (standing water primarily). We will communicate cancellations via website, email, Facebook, Twitter. We will make every attempt to make up any games canceled due to weather. If a game has reached half time or beyond, we will consider those games completed and will not be rescheduled.
