The TSC Player Development Pathway illustrates the journey from a Recreational player to a player in one of our Competitive programs. All of our TSC Principles of Play and coaching practices will support this pathway in an effort to best enable players to progress throughout their time with the club.

ECNL

Elite Clubs National League

TSC’s top U13-U19 teams compete in the ECNL, the nation’s elite youth league.  Teams play in the Ohio Valley Conference (Girls) or the Southeast Conference (Boys) and attend National Showcase Events.


National League Pro & Regional League

National League Pro, ECNL Regional League, Mid South Regional League Regional

U13-U19 teams compete in the National League Pro, ECNL Regional League, or Mid South Regional League, Tennessee State Cup and attend National Showcase Events as well as tournaments and College Showcase Events.


State League

Tennessee State League and USYS Championships

U12-U19 teams compete in Tennessee State League, Tennessee State Cup, 

USYS National Championship Series as well as tournaments and College Showcases.


Academy

U7-U12 players train and play in a pool system within age groups to prioritize player 

and skill development.  Players play in tournaments and friendlies.


Recreation

Recreational programs for 3-14 year old players offering a fun and

developmental environment to foster a love for the game and a

pathway to competitive soccer.
