U15-U19 COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
TSC U15-U19 Teams are in the final competitive phase of the TSC Player Development Pathway and compete at all levels (Division 1, 2, and 3) within the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA). Some U15-U19 teams also compete in various elite leagues across the region and country, such as the USYS Midsouth Conference, USYS National League, etc. The TSC U15-U19 Program continues to focus on player development while also placing emphasis on team development.
TSC U15 teams play for two seasons, fall and spring, which make up one seasonal year. For U15 players, this comprises the fall and the spring season. Additional opportunities for indoor play are available in the winter months, and players are encouraged to take advantage of those opportunities.
TSC U16-U19 teams play for one season, fall for the boys and spring for the girls. Additional opportunities for indoor play are available in the winter months, and players are encouraged to take advantage of those opportunities.
Team training occurs two to three times weekly with games on the weekends (occasional weeknight games). Additional training opportunities along with speed, strength and agility training with our partners at D1 will be available and encouraged. TSC Competitive teams will participate in two to three tournaments per season (fall and spring). All teams are trained by appropriately licensed and professional club coaches.
TSC U15-U19 teams are formed after players participate in formal evaluations led by TSC Directors and Staff Coaches.
Player attendance at all training sessions and games is expected in all TSC Competitive Programs.
