TSC to conduct nationwide search to fill the position

Immediate Release, - Today Stuart Brown, Executive Director, announced that TSC will be conducting a search for a new U12-U15 Boys Director. TSC staff coach Earle Davidson, who most recently held the post, will be the new Director for Nashville Soccer United effective January 1. Davidson, who began his coaching career in the Nashville area 20 years ago, primarily in the role as Head Coach of Belmont University, has cultivated the experience needed to move on to another leadership role with Nashville Soccer United (www.clubhenry.com).

As I move onto the next stage in my career I am proud to say that the Tennessee Soccer Club has been both a personal and professional positive for me. I greatly appreciate the confidence both Stuart Brown, TSC Executive Director, and Brian Carlson, TSC Club President, have shown in me. I have been afforded the opportunity to work

with an outstanding staff, both in the office and on the field. The sharing of ideas, the willingness to lend a hand and the enjoyment of the work we all do are hallmarks of an ambitious club. Additionally, I would like to thank all of the players I have worked with over the years. Soccer in America is on the upswing and the dedication of our young athletes is our greatest asset."

Davidsons new role will give him the opportunity to use his leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities to help manage a club that serves Nashville neighborhoods providing a quality youth soccer experience for co-ed youth recreational soccer league for player ages 3 through high schools, including 3 different programs CUBS (3 & 4), In- Town League (K to 4th), and Recreation Advance (U7 to U18). Nashville Soccer United was formerly directed for the past 6 years by Michel Henry.

TSC will officially post the position in the coming weeks on www.tennesseesoccerclub.org as well as on job posting databases. The position will continue to oversee the U12-U15 boys’ program, which is comprised of nearly 20 teams across the age groups while serving other responsibilities with in the organization.
