New Director brings experience, leadership, and vision
FRANKLIN, TN – Executive Director Stuart Brown is pleased to announce the hiring of Carlos Correa as the Director of Coaching for the U12-U15 Boys. Correa comes to TSC with an extensive and impressive soccer background, including a USSF National “A” License. He had this to say about joining the TSC family, “I am thankful for the opportunity to join one of the biggest clubs in the region. The direction and intensity of the club is what attracted me and I hope to contribute beyond the standards when I begin my new role. I’m excited for the challenge and happy to start a new chapter in Tennessee.”
Correa was previously with the Idaho Rush Soccer club where he served in many roles since 2006. Most recently he was the Associate Technical Director, Rush Select National Staff coach, the Competitive Director of Coaching, and the College Advisory Director. Prior to that Correa was the Youth Academy Director, the Director of Player Development, and a competitive club coach for the U11 and U14 Idaho Rush boy’s teams.
While at Idaho Rush, Correa had the distinction of being selected as a Rush Select National Staff Coach. Under his direction, his teams have been the North-West Champions League champions, President’s Day Tournament (Phoenix, AZ) Champions, Donosti Cup Champions (Spain), Las Vegas Players Showcase Champions, and Idaho State Cup champions.

Correa is a graduate of Gannon University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In addition to playing collegiate soccer at Gannon University, he also had stints at CSU Stanislaus, Olympic Development Program, and Mildenhall Town Football Club in Norfolk, UK.
Correa, will begin his new role at Tennessee Soccer Club February 8th 2017.
Tennessee Soccer Club is the Premier youth soccer club located in Brentwood / Franklin TN and serving the Greater Nashville TN with over 1450 players and 90 teams. The club competes locally in Tennessee Youth Soccer Leagues, US Club Soccer in the National Premier Leagues, USYSA with the Central Premier League, ECNL and at numerous national events. TSC has most recently won the States and clubs First National Championship during the summer of 2016!
